The GS carport system, the core component of the project, is made of 100% aluminum, which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also has excellent corrosion resistance. The system is cleverly designed to be mounted on a concrete bar foundation, and the overall structure is light and strong, making the installation process easy and simple. This differentiated design makes the GS carport system more resistant to natural disasters and ensures the stable operation of the project in an earthquake-prone country like Japan.

 

The battery plate adopts the fixed bottom frame method, this design makes the construction of the bottom frame of the locking battery plate more convenient and quicker in the case of the high height of the carport. At the same time, the guide rail and the longitudinal beam are fixed with pressure blocks, which further reduces the installation steps and improves the working efficiency.

 

The design of the carport support post is also unique. The support column is equipped with a groove through which it can be connected to the jacket or to the base. This design makes the installation process quicker and simpler and improves the overall stability of the system.
