The company's leaders highly valued this training activity. It was hosted by the Sales Department and co-organized by the R&D and Production departments. The training content included in-depth analysis of photovoltaic projects, comprehensive improvement of customer service skills, and organization of study tours to the manufacturing center.

The training was conducted by senior engineers from the R&D department. The topics concluded market-leading products such as carbon steel fixed ground mounting system, aluminum alloy fixed ground mounting system, tracking system, roof mounting system, carport and farm mounting system. The trainers explained in detail the types and main components of photovoltaic brackets, common anti-corrosion processes for brackets, photovoltaic system composition, and shipping precautions. This not only helps our sales better understand the company's main projects, but also provide customers with more professional and accurate consultation and suggestions in daily work.

During the training, the head of the sales department effectively improved the sales’ efficiency in searching for target groups through a comprehensive analysis of potential customer portraits. At the same time, in-depth discussions were conducted on improving service awareness and how to build deep connections with customers. Through case analysis and actual combat exercises, multiple measures were taken to enable employees to master more skills and methods of communicating with customers, further improving service quality and customer satisfaction.

In addition, in order to deepen employees’ understanding of the company’s main products and promote the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical operations, Grace Solar specially arranged a learning opportunity to visit the manufacturing center in Tongan, Xiamen. Walking out of the office and entered the production workshop, the sales team communicated face-to-face with front-line workers, and joined some simple production operations. They have a deep understanding of the entire manufacturing process from raw materials to finished products. By familiarizing themselves with each production line and process requirements of the products, they master the characteristics and advantages of the products. Most of them said that this study gave them a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the products, and they have more confidence in communicating with customers in the near future.
